Flagging Cancer Flag Football Tournament

For the past few years members of Watertown Prosperity’s board have assisted in operations for Watertown’s Relay for Life.  Over the past two years have committed funds for children’s activities like face painting, piñatas, yard games, and a large moon-bounce.

Watertown Prosperity, Inc. would not be able to operate without thegenerosity of several of our local organizations.  Grants from the Watertown Community Foundation, Marshall Home Fund, Watertown Savings Bank, and Watertown Commission on Disability completely fund these initiatives and we sincerely appreciate all they do for this community and wholeheartedly thank them for their support.

Initiatives

Snow Shoveling Program

Watertown Prosperity, Inc. has teamed up with volunteers from the Watertown Middle School to offer elderly and/or disabled Watertown residents snow-shoveling services free of cost throughout the winter season.  We match students with a home in their neighborhood and then require them to shovel that same home each time it snows throughout the winter.

High School Scholarship

Since 2012, Watertown Prosperity, Inc. has given out 2 scholarships each year to graduating Watertown High School seniors to assist in their educational pursuits at the college level
